Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents of 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 40/2010/ND-CP dated April 12, 2010 of the Government on inspection and handling of normative legal documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2013/ND-CP dated February 6, 2013 of the Government on reviewing and systematizing legal normative documents;

Article 1. Repeals Circular No. 36/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated July 23, 2013 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on recognizing new livestock breeds and adding them to the "Supplementary List of Livestock Breeds Permitted for Production and Business in Vietnam".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under centrally governed cities and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
