Regarding the correction of Decision No. 50/2007/QD-BTC dated June 21, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

On the basis of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents issued on November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents issued on December 16, 2002;
BASED ON Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
On the basis of Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Banking and Financial Organizations' Finance;

DECISION:

Article 1. Correct the part of the legislative regulatory documents cited in Decision No. 50/2007/QD-BTC dated June 21, 2007 regarding the amendment and supplementation of Decision No. 199/2003/QD-BTC dated December 5, 2003 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the Interim Charter on the organization and operation of companies buying and selling debts and surplus assets of enterprises as follows:

"On the basis of Decree No. 69/2003/ND-CP dated July 12, 2002 of the Government on management and resolution of overdue debts of state-owned enterprises;" now amended to read "On the basis of Decree No. 69/2002/ND-CP dated July 12, 2002 of the Government on management and resolution of overdue debts of state-owned enterprises;"

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

The Director of the Department of Banking and Financial Organizations' Finance, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
