DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
REGARDING THE ABOLITION OF MAXIMUM SELLING PRICES FOR CONSTRUCTION STEEL
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
BASED ON Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance.
BASED ON the guidance of the Prime Minister in Official Letter No. 17/VPCP-KTTH dated March 1, 2003 from the Office of the Government regarding adjustments to the iron and steel market.
DECISION:
Article 1.The maximum selling price for construction steel set forth in Decision No. 20/1999/QĐ-BVGCP dated April 10, 1999 and document No. 23/BVGCP-TLSX dated January 9, 2003 on the selling price of construction steel issued by the State Price Committee is hereby abolished.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from March 1, 2003.
