Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law.
Pursuant to the Decision No. 21/2001/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated June 6, 2001, issued by the Minister of Education and Training on the Framework Curriculum for Secondary Vocational Education.
Pursuant to the agreement document number 8899/THCN&DN dated October 7, 2002 of the Ministry of Education and Training.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Training of the Ministry of Health.

Article 1. The Framework Curriculum for Professional Education in the Community Nursing Sector, belonging to the Health group, is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Framework Curriculum for the Community Nursing Sector shall be implemented in medical universities, colleges, and vocational secondary schools from the academic year 2003.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Science and Training shall continue to direct and guide schools in developing detailed programs, compiling and approving textbooks and teaching materials.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Directors of Departments, and Deans of universities, colleges, and vocational secondary medical schools are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
