Regarding the issuance of the Government's Action Program on Thrift and Anti-Waste

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 17/2005/NQ-CP dated December 29, 2005 of the Government;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Government's Action Program on Thrift and Anti-Waste attached hereto.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees under central jurisdiction, and General Directors of State-owned Corporations (directors of state-owned companies) are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
