Issuing the Framework Curriculum for the Crop Production Major at the College Level

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Based on the results of the Program Review Board's assessment of the Higher Education Framework Curriculum for Agriculture-Forestry-Fisheries on March 10, 2007;

In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the University and Graduate Studies Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Framework Curriculum for the Crop Production Major at the College Level.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The Framework Curriculum for the Crop Production Major at the College Level attached to this Decision shall be used in universities, academies, and colleges that have the responsibility to train the Crop Production major at the college level.

Article 3. Based on the framework curriculum prescribed in this Decision, the Rectors of universities and academies, and the Principals of colleges shall develop specific school curricula, organize the compilation and approval of textbooks for courses for official use in their schools based on the assessment of the Textbook Review Board established by the Rector or Principal.

Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Directors of the University and Graduate Studies Department, the heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Rectors of universities and academies, and the Principals of colleges are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
