CIRCULAR
Issuing the Regulations on the Competition for Excellent Vocational College Teachers
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Vocational Education;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to stipulate the Regulations on the Competition for Excellent Vocational College Teachers.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the Regulations on the Competition for Excellent Vocational College Teachers.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 14, 2012. This Circular replaces Decision No. 26/2003/QĐ-BGDĐT dated June 16, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Regulations on the Competition for Excellent Vocational College Teachers.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Directors of the Department of Vocational Education, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training related to this matter; the Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training; the Principals of vocational colleges, the Heads of other educational institutions training vocational college level programs shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
