BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 12/2002/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 22, 2002 h"b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation."OF THE GOVERNMENT ON SURVEYING AND MAPPING ACTIVITIES;

Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ATTACHES THE LIST OF PLACE NAMES FOR POPULATION, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL INFORMATION TO SERVE THE WORK OF ESTABLISHING PROVINCE MAPS FOR CAO BANG PROVINCE.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM OCTOBER 28, 2013.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
