CIRCULAR
Repealing legal normative documents of the Ministry of Education and Training
Based on the Law on Enactment of Legislative Acts dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 12, 2012 of the Government on recruitment, use, and management of civil servants;
Following the opinion of the Ministry of Home Affairs at Circular No. 3276/BNV-CCVC dated July 11, 2016 of the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the repeal of Decision No. 62/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the General Department of Teachers and Educational Management Staff;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to repeal legal normative documents of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Clause 4 of Article 6
1. Repeal Decision No. 62/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT dated October 26, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training stipulating the content and form of teacher recruitment in public preschool education institutions, public general education institutions, and continuing education centers.
2. Repeal Article 3 of Circular No. 37/2011/TT-BGDĐT dated August 18, 2011 of the Minister of Education and Training amending and supplementing certain provisions related to administrative procedures in Decision No. 31/2008/QĐ-BGDĐT dated June 23, 2008 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating regulations on professional training and Decision No. 62/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT dated October 26, 2007 of the Minister of Education and Training stipulating the content and form of teacher recruitment in public preschool education institutions, public general education institutions, and continuing education centers.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 30, 2017.
Article 3. Heads of the Office, heads of units under the Ministry of Education and Training related to this matter; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training and heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Circular.
