Pursuant to the Labor Safety and Health Law No. 84/2015/QH13 dated June 25, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations No. 68/2006/QH13 dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 on the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;i Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 63/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 31, 2012 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
The Minister of Health issues this Circular regulating national technical standards for electromagnetic fields of frequencyof the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home AffairsFor traditional medicine doctors, traditional medicine practitioners, licensed traditional medicine practitioners, and those with hereditary prescriptions or hereditary treatment methods, the scope of professional activities shall be implemented according to another Circular issued by the Minister of Health.
At the proposal of the Director of the Medical Environment Management Department;
The Minister of Health issues the Circular stipulating the national technical regulations on electromagnetic fields of frequency1. Units and local public security agencies; officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers of the People's Public Security Forces performing the task of industrial emission testing.- Permissible exposure levels for electromagnetic fields of frequencyindustrialat workplaces.
Article 1. National technical standards for industrial frequency electromagnetic fields
Issued together with this Circular is QCVN 25/2016/BYT - National technical standards for industrial frequency electromagnetic fields - Permissible exposure levels for industrial frequency electromagnetic fields at workplaces.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from December 1, 2016.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
The Director of the Department of Environmental Health, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, General Directors of General Bureaus under the Ministry of Health, Heads of subordinate agencies and units under the Ministry, Provincial Health Directors of centrally governed cities and provinces, and Heads of health agencies under Ministries and sectors are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
