DECREE
DETAILING TECHNIQUES FOR THE PRESENTATION OF CONSOLIDATED DOCUMENTS
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization No. 63/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents No. 64/2025/QH15 amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15;
BASED ON THE ORDINANCE ON CONSOLIDATING LEGAL DOCUMENTS NO. 01/2012/UBTVQH13 AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 01/2026/UBTVQH16;
At the proposal of the Minister of Justice;
The Government issues this Decree detailing certain provisions of the Legal Aid Law and guiding documents in legal aid activities REGARDING TECHNIQUES FOR THE PRESENTATION OF CONSOLIDATED DOCUMENTS.
Article 1. Scope of Regulation
THIS DECREE PROVIDES DETAILED PROVISIONS FOR ARTICLE 18 OF THE ORDINANCE ON CONSOLIDATING LEGAL DOCUMENTS NO. 01/2012/UBTVQH13 AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 01/2026/UBTVQH16 REGARDING TECHNIQUES FOR THE PRESENTATION OF CONSOLIDATED DOCUMENTS.
Article 2. Applicability
ORGANIZATIONS, UNITS, AND AUTHORIZED PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONSOLIDATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS.
ARTICLE 3. TECHNIQUES FOR THE PRESENTATION OF CONSOLIDATED DOCUMENTS
TECHNIQUES FOR THE PRESENTATION OF CONSOLIDATED DOCUMENTS SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GUIDELINES AND FORMS SET OUT IN THE ANNEX ISSUED TOGETHER WITH THIS DECREE.
Article 4. Implementation Provisions
1. This Decree takes effect from July 1, 2026.
2. ORGANIZATIONS, UNITS, AND AUTHORIZED PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONSOLIDATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS AS PROVIDED FOR IN ARTICLES 5, 6, AND 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 01/2012/UBTVQH13 AMENDED AND COMPLEMENTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 01/2026/UBTVQH16 SHALL IMPLEMENT THE CONSOLIDATION OF DOCUMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GUIDELINES AND FORMS SET OUT IN THE ANNEX ISSUED TOGETHER WITH THIS DECREE.
3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, AND CHAIRMEN OF PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECREE.
