REGARDING THE ISSUE OF THE HS CODE LIST FOR THE LIST OF PLANT QUARANTINE OBJECTS IN VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on Plant Protection and Quarantine No. 41/2013/QH13;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 119/2013/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 187/2013/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 20, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTING THE LAW ON COMMERCE REGARDING INTERNATIONAL TRADE ACTIVITIES AND FOREIGN TRADE AGENCY ACTIVITIES;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 08/2015/NĐ-CP dated January 21, 2015 of the Government detailing and providing implementation measures for the Law on Customs regarding customs procedures, inspection, supervision, and control;
BASED ON THE CIRCULAR NO. 30/2014/TT-BNNPTNT OF SEPTEMBER 5, 2014 OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUING THE LIST OF PLANT QUARANTINE OBJECTS; THE LIST OF PLANT QUARANTINE OBJECTS THAT MUST BE RISK ANALYSIS BEFORE IMPORT INTO VIETNAM;
BASED ON THE CIRCULAR NO. 156/2011/TT-BTC OF NOVEMBER 14, 2011 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE ISSUING THE LIST OF EXPORTED AND IMPORTED GOODS OF VIETNAM;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO WITH THIS DECISION IS THE HS CODE LIST FOR THE LIST OF PLANT QUARANTINE OBJECTS IN VIETNAM.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 1, 2015. THIS DECISION REPLACES DECISION NO. 35/2007/QD-BNN OF APRIL 23, 2007 OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ON THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE HS CODE LIST FOR THE LIST OF PLANT QUARANTINE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT PROTECTION DEPARTMENT AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
