Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Law on Enactment of Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Enactment of Legal Normative Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Machinery, Metallurgy and Chemicals Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. CORRECTING Circular No. 03/2007/TT-BCT dated June 18, 2007 issued by the Minister of Industry guiding the preparation, examination, and approval of investment projects for construction of solid mineral mines as follows:
As printed: On page 25, Section B. Mine open-pit design drawings, line number 13 was printed with two lines having this line number.
Correction: The second line with line number 13 shall be changed to line number 14, and the subsequent line numbers shall be increased by one until line number 22.
A reclamation map of the mined area (scale 1/1,000 or 1/2,000).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Agencies under the Ministry, and Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
