THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
- Pursuant to Article 15 of the Quality of Goods Ordinance dated December 27, 1990;
- Pursuant to Decree No. 327/HDBT dated October 19, 1991 of the Council of Ministers on the implementation of the Quality of Goods Ordinance;
- Pursuant to Article 6 of Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government on the division of responsibilities for state management of the quality of goods;
- Pursuant to Decree No. 22-CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment;
- On the proposal of the Director General of the Standards, Metrology, and Quality Control Administration.

Article 1.- Attached to this Decision is the "Regulation on the Registration of the Quality of Goods."
Article 2.- Organizations and individuals belonging to various economic sectors producing goods listed in the mandatory registration catalog shall be responsible for registering the quality of their goods in accordance with this Regulation.
Article 3.- The Standards, Metrology, and Quality Control Administration shall be responsible for organizing, guiding, and inspecting the implementation of this Regulation.
Article 4.- This Regulation takes effect from January 1, 1997. All previous regulations that conflict with this Regulation are hereby abolished.
