Issuing the List of Goods Required to Register Quality for 1997

THE MINISTER

MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT

- Based on the Ordinance on Product Quality dated December 27, 1990;

- Based on the Decree No. 327/HĐBT dated October 19, 1991 of the Council of Ministers on the Implementation of the Ordinance on Product Quality;

- Based on the Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government on the Allocation of Responsibilities for State Management of Product Quality;

- Based on the Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on the Tasks, Authorities, and Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment;

After consultation with relevant ministries;

- At the proposal of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control General Department,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the "List of Goods Required to Register Quality for 1997" and the basis for quality registration.

Article 2. Organizations and individuals from all economic sectors producing goods listed herein must register product quality in accordance with the regulations.

Article 3. The General Department of Standardization, Metrology, and Quality Control shall be responsible for organizing, guiding, and supervising the implementation of this Decision.

Article 4. This List replaces the List issued together with Decision No. 119-QĐ dated February 24, 1992 of the Chairman of the State Scientific Committee. This Decision takes effect from January 1, 1997.
