Regarding the amendment and supplementation of Decision No. 113/1998/QĐ-TTG dated July 6, 1998, of the Prime Minister

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the State Enterprise Law on April 20, 1995;
Considering the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Department of the Government, Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing Clause 2 of Article 3 of Decision No. 113/1998/QĐ-TTg dated July 6, 1998, of the Prime Minister on the transfer of Northern, Central, and Southern Airports Port Clusters into state-owned enterprises operating for public benefit as follows:
"2. The Directors of the Airports Port Clusters in each region shall directly be responsible for the Office of the Port Management located at the management agencies of the Clusters; they shall be authorized by the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam to take the lead in resolving issues between state management agencies at airports and temporarily closing airports for no more than 24 hours in case of emergencies, while immediately reporting to the Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision.
