REGARDING THE ADOPTION OF INDUSTRY STANDARDS
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
BASED ON THE INLAND WATERWAY TRAFFIC LAW, NO. 23/2004/QH11 DATED JUNE 15, 2004.
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport.
BASED ON THE QUALITY OF GOODS ORDINANCE, NO. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 DATED DECEMBER 24, 1999, OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE.
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director General of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE INDUSTRY STANDARD: "RULES FOR CLASSIFICATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER BULK CARRIERS WITH STEEL WIRE ROPE SHELLS" REGISTRATION NUMBER: 22 TCN 323-04.
Article 2. THE INDUSTRY STANDARD REPLACES ALL PREVIOUSLY RELATED STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS AND SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 2005.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT, THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE VIETNAM MARINE INSPECTION AUTHORITY, THE VIETNAM INLAND WATERWAYS ADMINISTRATION, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENTS/TRANSPORT AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENTS, AND HEADS OF ASSOCIATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
