THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets;
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
At the proposal of the Director of the Office of the Ministry and the Head of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the "Regulation on protecting state secrets in the Industry sector" attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 80/1998/QĐ-BCN dated December 19, 1998 of the Minister of Industry.
Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, Heads of agencies and enterprises under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Industrial Departments of centrally governed cities and provinces are responsible for implementing this Decision.
