DECISION

Issuing the Framework Program for the Forestry Industry at the College Level

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to the results of the evaluation by the Evaluation Council for the Framework Program of Higher Education in the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries sectors on March 10, 2007;

In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of Universities and Graduate Studies.

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Framework Program for the Forestry Industry at the College Level.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. The Framework Program for the Forestry Industry at the College Level attached to this Decision shall be used in universities and colleges that have the responsibility for training in the Forestry Industry at the College level.

Article 3. Based on the framework program prescribed in this Decision, the Rectors of universities and academies, and the Deans of colleges shall develop specific educational programs for their institutions, organize the compilation and approval of textbooks for courses for official use in their schools based on the evaluation by the Textbook Evaluation Council established by the Rector or Dean.

Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Directors of the Department of Universities and Graduate Studies, and the heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; the Rectors of universities and academies, and the Deans of colleges are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
