Issuing the List of Telecommunications Works Required to be Inspected

MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications dated May 25, 2002;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;

Pursuant to Decree No. 160/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 3, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications regarding Telecommunications;

Pursuant to Decision No. 31/2006/QĐ-BBCVT dated September 6, 2006 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications promulgating Regulations on Inspection of Specialized Technical Works in Telecommunications;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached to this Decision "List of Telecommunications Works Required to be Inspected" is hereby issued.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 32/2006/QĐ-BBCVT dated September 6, 2006 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications issuing the "List of Telecommunications Works Required to be Inspected".

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Department of Science and Technology, Quality Management Bureau of Information Technology and Telecommunications, Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, telecommunications enterprises, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
