THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

On the basis of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications dated May 25, 2002;

On the basis of Decree No. 160/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 3, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications regarding Telecommunications;

On the basis of Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;

Considering the Proposal No. 29/QLCL-CLDV dated August 29, 2006 of the Director of the Quality Management Department for Posts and Telecommunications and Information Technology;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

DECISION:

Clause 4 of Article 6Issued along with this Decision are the "Regulations on Testing Telecommunications Specialized Engineering Works".

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision takes effect from January 1, 2007.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Science and Technology Department, other Departments, Quality Management Department for Posts and Telecommunications and Information Technology, Directors of Provincial Posts and Telecommunications Services, Heads of units under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, telecommunications enterprises, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
