 Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No.No. 46/2010/QH12 No. 47/2010/QH12 dated June 16, 2010;

Pursuant to the Law Credit organizations pursuant to Law No. 12 No. 47/2010/QH12 dated June 16,/6/2010;

Pursuant to DecreeNo. 101/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 22/11/2012 of the Government on non-cash payments;"b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation."cash;

At the proposal of the Payment Department Director;

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam issues this Circular on the Service Fee Schedule for Payment Transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam,

Article 1. This Circular annexes the Service Fee Schedule for Payment Transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as the State Bank).

Article 3

This Circular takes effect from April 1, 2014.

Decision No. 50/2007/QĐ-NHNN dated December 28, 2007 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the collection of payment service fees through payment service providers shall cease to be effective from the date this Circular takes effect.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Payment Department, and the Heads of units under the State Bank; the Governors of the State Bank branches at provincial and municipal levels under the central government; the Chairpersons of the Management Boards, the Chairpersons of the Board of Members, the General Directors (Directors) of credit institutions, foreign bank branches, Treasury, and other entities using payment services through the State Bank are responsible for organizing the implementation of this Circular./.
