DECISION
Issuing the Regulation on Emergency Response to Hazardous Chemical Incidents

Pursuant to: Law on Government Organization June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to: Law on Marine Resources, Environment and Islands June 25, 2015;
Pursuant to: Vietnam Navigation Law November 25, 2015;
Pursuant to: Environmental Protection Law June 23, 2014;
Pursuant to: Chemicals Law November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to: Inland Waterway Traffic Law June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to: Vietnam Marine Law June 21, 2012;
At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade;
The Prime Minister decides to issue the Regulation on Emergency Response to Hazardous Chemical Incidents.
Article 1. This Decision annexes the Regulation on Emergency Response to Hazardous Chemical Incidents.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2016.
Article 3. The Chairman of the National Committee for Search and Rescue, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
