REGULATING NATIONAL TECHNICAL STANDARDS ON INDOOR ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS - ALLOWABLE VALUES OF INDOOR ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS AT WORKPLACESAUTHORITY, ORGANIZATIONBASED ON THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
Pursuant to the Labor Safety and Health Law No. 84/2015/QH13 dated June 25, 2015;
68/2006/QH13 dated June 29, 2006;No. implementing some provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations
On the basis of Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical RegulationsiBASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 63/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 31, 2012 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;rime Minister cn technical;
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR REGULATING NATIONAL TECHNICAL STANDARDS ON INDOOR ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS - ALLOWABLE VALUES OF INDOOR ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS AT WORKPLACES.
At the proposal of the Director of the Medical Environment Management Department;
Article 1. National technical standards on indoor atmospheric conditions"b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation."ANNEXED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS QCVN 26/2016/BYT - National technical standards on indoor atmospheric conditions - Allowable values of indoor atmospheric conditions at workplaces.

The accompanying Circular QCVN 26/2016/BYT sets forth the National Technical Regulation on microclimate - permissible microclimate values at workplaces.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from December 1, 2016.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
The Director of the Department of Health Environment Management, Heads of Departments, Directors of Cucles, General Directors of General Cucles under the Ministry of Health, Heads of agencies and units directly under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Health Services under central cities and Heads of health agencies under Ministries and sectors are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
