CIRCULAR
Amending and supplementing Appendix IV promulgated together with Circular No. 20/2014/TT-BCT
June 25, 2014, of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on implementing Rules
of Origin in the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Agreement
Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 31/2018/NĐ-CP dated March 8, 2018 of the Government detailing the Law on Foreign Trade Management regarding the origin of goods;
Implementing Decision approving the list of goods for conversion for certain special goods in Appendix 3 of the Rules of Origin of the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Agreement (ASEAN-KFTA) Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation between the Governments of the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Government of the Republic of Korea, approved at the 14th ASEAN-KFTA Implementation Committee (AKFTA-IC) meeting held in Singapore on July 20, 2016;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Import-Export;
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular amending and supplementing Appendix IV promulgated together with Circular No. 20/2014/TT-BCT dated June 25, 2014, of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on implementing Rules of Origin in the ASEAN-Korea Free Trade Agreement (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 20/2014/TT-BCT).
Article 1. Amending and supplementing Appendix IV promulgated together with Circular No. 20/2014/TT-BCT
Repealing Appendix IV - Guidelines for implementing Article 6 of Appendix I promulgated together with Circular No. 20/2014/TT-BCT and replacing it with the Appendix promulgated together with this Circular.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from October 29, 2018./.
