BASED ON GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 77/2003/ND-CP DATED JULY 1, 2003 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
BASED ON Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL STRATEGIC RESERVE AGENCY,
CORRECTING THE ERROR IN THE SEQUENCING NUMBERS IN ARTICLE 12 OF THE REGULATIONS ON IMPORT AND EXPORT OF NATIONAL STRATEGIC GRAIN RESERVES. NOW, REMOVE THE NUMBER "2." BEFORE THE PHRASE "IN CASE OF AUCTION SALE,...", AFTER CLAUSE 1 OF ARTICLE 12.
DECISION:
Article 1. THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL STRATEGIC RESERVE AGENCY, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, AND RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
