Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts issued on November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts issued on December 16, 2002;
BASED ON Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Financial Affairs of Banks and Financial Institutions,
DECISION:
Article 1. To correct the error in the sequence number in Article 1.1.1, Point 1.1, Clause 1, Section III of Circular No. 74/2007/TT-BTC dated July 4, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the components, tasks, and powers of the Lottery Supervisory Board as follows:
