Regarding the approval of the plan to reorganize and modernize state-owned forest enterprises under the People's Committee of Bac Kan Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned forest enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Kan Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Renaming State-owned Enterprise Sông Cầu Paper Raw Material Company with 100% state capital to Bac Kan Forestry Company with the following dependent accounting units:
- Ba Be Forest Enterprise.
- Bạch Thông Forest Enterprise.
- Chợ Mới Forest Enterprise.
- Ngân Sơn Forest Enterprise.
- Agricultural Seedling, Materials, and Design Enterprise Nông Thịnh.
- Chợ Đồn Timber Processing Enterprise transferred from Chợ Đồn Forest Enterprise. - Na Rỳ Forest Management Station transferred from Na Rỳ Forest Enterprise (a dependent accounting unit of Bac Kan Forestry Company).
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Kan Province
1. Direct the implementation of the reorganization of state-owned forest enterprises as stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision.
2. Adjust the area and boundaries of land types allocated to Bac Kan Forestry Company for management in accordance with the local forestry development plan and the development plan of each forest enterprise as proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Circular No. 2509/BNN-ĐMDN dated October 3, 2005.
Article 3. The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, and related ministries shall cooperate with the People's Committee of Bac Kan Province in implementing this Plan.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Kan Province and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
