DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the approval of the restructuring and modernization plan for state-owned agricultural and forestry enterprises under the People's Committee of Nghe An Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 170/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2004 on the restructuring, renovation, and development of state-owned farms;
Pursuant to Decree No. 200/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on the reorganization, modernization, and development of state-owned forest enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the restructuring and modernization plan for state-owned agricultural and forestry enterprises under the People's Committee of Nghe An Province as set forth in the Appendix attached hereto.
Article 2. Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province:
2. Issue decisions to adjust land planning, land use plans, and land leasing plans for forestry companies in accordance with local forestry development plans and production and business objectives of each forestry farm.
2. Decides to adjust the land planning and utilization plans of agricultural and forestry companies and forest management boards in accordance with local agricultural and forestry development plans and production and business objectives of each agricultural and forestry enterprise.
3. Decides to allocate or lease land to each agricultural and forestry enterprise in accordance with the restructuring and modernization plan.
Article 3. The Ministries of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs, Natural Resources and Environment, and other relevant ministries shall cooperate with the People's Committee of Nghe An Province in implementing this Plan.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province and heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
