Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 on state management of product and commodity quality;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department.
ADOPTED WITH THIS DECISION are 13 Industry Standards:
DECISION:
Article 1. 1. Point-to-point SDH equipment up to 15 GHz frequency band - Technical requirements, Code TCN 68-234: 2006;
2. Point-to-multipoint radio equipment under 1 GHz frequency band using TDMA access - Technical requirements, Code TCN 68-235: 2006;
3. Point-to-multipoint radio equipment under 1 GHz frequency band using FDMA access - Technical requirements, Code TCN 68-236: 2006;
4. Point-to-multipoint radio equipment under 1 GHz frequency band using DS-CDMA access - Technical requirements, Code TCN 68-237: 2006;
5. Point-to-multipoint radio equipment under 1 GHz frequency band using FH-CDMA access - Technical requirements, Code TCN 68-238: 2006;
6. VHF telephone equipment for rescue vessels - Technical requirements, Code TCN 68-239: 2006;
7. VHF telephone equipment for inland waterways - Technical requirements, Code TCN 68-240: 2006;
8. VHF telephone equipment for maritime mobile services - Technical requirements, Code TCN 68-241: 2006;
9. Radio transceiver equipment using spread spectrum technology in the 2.4 GHz band - Technical requirements, Code TCN 68-242: 2006;
10. Short-range radio equipment in the 9 kHz - 25 MHz frequency band - Technical requirements, Code TCN 68-243: 2006;
11. Amateur radio equipment - Technical requirements, Code TCN 68-244: 2006;
12. Mobile terminal equipment for IMT-2000 CDMA direct spread spectrum (W-CDMA FDD) - Technical requirements, Code TCN 68-245: 2006;
13. Analog broadcasting transmitter equipment - Frequency band and electromagnetic compatibility requirements, Code TCN 68-246: 2006.
This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 2. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the heads of the agencies and units directly under the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
