Regarding the amendment and supplementation of Decision No. 74/2005/QĐ-BGTVT dated December 30, 2005 of the Minister of Transport

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents issued on November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents issued on December 16, 2002.

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport.

Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2005/TT-VPCP dated March 21, 2005 of the Office of the Government guiding the implementation of Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government regarding the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam concerning activities of the Official Gazette at the central level.

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Railway Administration and the Head of the Science and Technology Department.

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. Amend and supplement certain points within the content of the Industry Standard "Railway Signaling Procedures," registration number: 22 TCN 341-05 issued together with Decision No. 74/2005/QĐ-BGTVT dated December 30, 2005 of the Ministry of Transport as attached hereto.

Article 2. Entrust the Director of the Vietnam Railway Administration to implement the amendment and supplementation of the contents as attached hereto to the Decision, prior to issuing and applying the Industry Standard "Railway Signaling Procedures."

Article 3. This Decision replaces Decisions No. 857/QĐ-BGTVT dated April 13, 2006 and No. 26/2006/QĐ-BGTVT dated May 25, 2006 of the Minister of Transport and shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Railway Administration, Chairmen of the Board of Management, General Directors of the Vietnam Railway Corporation, and Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
