On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Report No. 106/UB dated January 22, 2002 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province and the dossier on the relic;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.

Article 1. Classification of national monuments:
HISTORICAL MONUMENTS
PHAM VAN DONG MEMORIAL ZONE
(The house where Comrade Pham Van Dong was born and grew up during his childhood, and the house of Mrs. Pham Thi Sinh where Comrade Pham Van Dong lived and worked from 1936 to 1939)
DUC TAN COMMUNE, MO DUC DISTRICT, QUANG NGAI PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics are ranked under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the historical relic of the Pham Van Dong Memorial Zone within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Quang Ngai Province, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
