CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations on Water Conservancy Works
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007; Decree No. 67/2009/NĐ-CP dated August 3, 2009 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, and the Director of the Construction Management Bureau;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular on issuing National Technical Regulations on Water Conservancy Works, as follows:
Article 1. This Circular promulgates 02 National Technical Regulations on Water Conservancy Works:
1. National technical regulation: Water conservancy works - Drilling and blasting excavation of rock - Technical requirements.
Code: QCVN 04-04:2012/BNNPTNT
2. National technical regulation: Water conservancy works - Main design regulations.
Code: QCVN 04-05:2012/BNNPTNT
Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Water Resources General Department, the Director of the Construction Management Bureau, the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, and the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
