CIRCULAR
REGULATIONS ON NATIONAL TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR VIBRATION - PERMITTED VALUES IN WORKPLACES
Pursuant to the Labor Safety and Health Law No. 84/2015/QH13 dated June 25, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations No. 68/2006/QH13 dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2012/NĐ-CP dated August 31, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Director of the Medical Environment Management Department;
The Minister of Health issues this Circular to promulgate national technical standards for vibration - Permitted values in workplaces.
Article 1. National Technical Standards for Vibration
Attached hereto is QCVN 27/2016/BYT - National Technical Standards for Vibration - Permitted Values in Workplaces.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from December 1, 2016.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
The Director of the Department of Environmental Health, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, General Directors of General Departments under the Ministry of Health, Heads of agencies and units directly under the Ministry, Directors of Health Services of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Heads of health agencies under Ministries and sectors are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
