Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency;

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on shipbuilding and repair facilities; National Technical Regulations on pressure equipment on transport vehicles and marine exploration and exploitation vessels; National Technical Regulations on manufacturing and inspecting loading and unloading equipment; National Technical Regulations on labor safety and boiler technology installed on marine exploration and exploitation vessels and National Technical Regulations on Classification and Steel Hull Shipbuilding - Amended 3: 2018.

Article 1. 1. National Technical Regulation on Railway Traffic Signals, number QCVN 21:2025/BXD.

1. National Technical Regulation on shipbuilding and repair facilities. Registration code: QCVN 101:2018/BGTVT.

2. National Technical Regulation on pressure equipment on transport vehicles and marine exploration and exploitation vessels. Registration code: QCVN 67:2018/BGTVT.

3. National Technical Regulation on manufacturing and inspecting loading and unloading equipment. Registration code: QCVN 22:2018/BGTVT.

4. National Technical Regulation on labor safety and boiler technology installed on marine exploration and exploitation vessels. Registration code: QCVN 102:2018/BGTVT.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 31, 2020. The following documents are repealed:

1. Circular No. 26/2010/TT-BGTVT dated September 9, 2010 issued by the Minister of Transport on National Technical Regulation on manufacturing and inspecting loading and unloading equipment QCVN 22:2010/BGTVT.

2. Circular No. 32/2017/TT-BGTVT dated September 26, 2017 issued by the Minister of Transport on National Technical Regulation on pressure equipment on transport vehicles and marine exploration and exploitation vessels QCVN 67:2017/BGTVT.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration Bureau, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
