Circular No. 27/2022/TT-BGTVT stipulates the cessation of enforcement of Circular No. 24/2019/TT-BGTVT dated July 5, 2019, issued by the Minister of Transport regarding the issuance of National Technical Regulations on Automatic Warning Systems for Level Crossings QCVN 104:2019/BGTVT.

Regarding the suspension of implementation of Circular No. 24/2019/TT-BGTVT dated July 5, 2019 issued by the Minister of Transport on the issuance of National Technical Regulations for Automatic Warning Systems at Level Crossings QCVN 104:2019/BGTVTof the Minister of Transport regarding the issuance of National Technical Regulations for Automatic Warning Systems at Level Crossings QCVN 104:2019/BGTVTequipment for protectionautomatic level crossing warning QCVN 104:2019/BGTVT

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT

Pursuant to the Law on Legal Documents dated June 22, 2015; and the Law Amending Certain Provisions of the Law on Legal Documents dated June 18, 2020;

Pursuant to Decree No. 56/2022/NĐ-CP dated August 24, 2022 promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, and the Director of the Vietnam Railway Administration;

The Minister of Transport hereby issues this Circular regarding the suspension of implementation of Circular No. 24/2019/TT-BGTVT dated July 5, 2019 issued by the Minister of Transport on the issuance of National Technical Regulations for Automatic Warning Systems at Level Crossings QCVN 104:2019/BGTVT.

Article 1. The suspension of implementation shall apply to Circular No. 24/2019/TT-BGTVT dated July 5, 2019 issued by the Minister of Transport on the issuance of National Technical Regulations for Automatic Warning Systems at Level Crossings QCVN 104:2019/BGTVT throughout the country from the date this Circular takes effect until the effective date of a new legal document promulgating National Technical Regulations for Automatic Warning Systems at Level Crossings.

Article 2.This Circular shall take effect on November 28, 2022.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General, Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, Directors of the Vietnam Railway Administration, and heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
