Issuing the Regulation on the organization and operation of schools and classes for persons with disabilities

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;
Pursuant to the Law on Persons with Disabilities dated June 17, 2010;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2022/NĐ-CP dated October 24, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 28/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 10, 2012 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Persons with Disabilities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Primary Education;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Regulation on the organization and operation of schools and classes for persons with disabilities.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the Regulation on the organization and operation of schools and classes for persons with disabilities.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from July 1, 2025.
Article 3. Chairmen of provincial and municipal People's Committees under the central government; Directors of Departments of Education and Training; Principals of schools for persons with disabilities; Principals of schools, Directors of continuing education centers, vocational training and continuing education centers with classes for persons with disabilities and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
