Pursuant to the Law on Surveying and Mapping dated June 14, 2018;

On the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam National Survey and Mapping Center;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on the issuance of National Technical Regulations on the process for building the national geographic database at scales of 1:2,000, 1:5,000, and 1:10,000.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are National Technical Regulations on the process for building the national geographic database at scales of 1:2,000, 1:5,000, and 1:10,000, designated as QCVN 82:2024/BTNMT.
Article 2. Effectiveness
This Circular takes effect from May 28, 2025.
Article 3. Implementation
1. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial People's Committees under central cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for enforcing this Circular.
2. The Vietnam National Survey and Mapping Center is responsible for disseminating and supervising the implementation of this Circular.
3. During implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and decision.
