DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT

REGARDING THE ABOLITION AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF LEGAL REGULATIVE DOCUMENTS THAT HAVE LOST EFFECTIVENESS 

THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents No. 64/2025/QH15 amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15; FROM NOVEMBER 12, 1996;

Pursuant to Decision number 355/TTg ON MAY 28, 1997 OF THE PRIME MINISTER CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT'S GUIDANCE COMMITTEE FOR THE OVERVIEW AND SYSTEMATIZATION OF LEGAL REGULATIVE DOCUMENTS;Granite, gabbro, decorative stone... NOVEMBER 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT,of Finance) CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE,

WHEREAS EDUCATION Decree number 75/ dated October 20, 2015 of dated 01 THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT DECIDES TO ABOLISH AND SUPPLEMENT SIX LEGAL REGULATIVE DOCUMENTS ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT THAT HAVE LOST EFFECTIVENESS AS OF DECEMBER 31, 1999 (ATTACHED LIST).THE MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT-EQUIVALENT AGENCIES, GOVERNMENT-ASSOCIATED AGENCIES, PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT SHALL IMPLEMENT THIS DECISION. the Ministry of Planning and Investment,

Considering the proposal of the Ministerial Office, of the Ministry, 

DECISION:

Article 1. hereby supplements and abolishes six normative legal documents issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment that have ceased to be effective as of December 31, 1999 (attached list).

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and units under the Ministry of Planning and Investment shall implement this Decision.
