ON THE PILOT IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRONIC CUSTOMS PROCEDURES
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
BASED ON THE LAW ON LEGAL DOCUMENTS ON LAWS AND REGULATIONS ISSUED ON NOVEMBER 12, 1996; THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON LEGAL DOCUMENTS ON LAWS AND REGULATIONS ISSUED ON DECEMBER 16, 2002;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 104/2004/ND-CP DATED MARCH 23, 2004 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE STATE BULLETIN OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 77/2003/ND-CP DATED JULY 1, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
At the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Customs,
DECISION:
Article 1. AMENDMENTS TO THE ORDER NUMBER, WORDING, AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN THE REGULATIONS ON THE PILOT IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRONIC CUSTOMS PROCEDURES ISSUED ALONG WITH DECISION NO. 52/2007/QD-BTC DATED JUNE 22, 2007 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE. DETAILS ARE SET OUT IN THE ATTACHED ANNEX.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. THE DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF CUSTOMS, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, AND ASSOCIATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION.
