Regarding the correction of Circular Joint Circular No. 27/2012/TTLT-BTC-BLDTBXH dated February 24, 2012, issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on the management and use of funds for implementing the regime of applying compulsory treatment measures, contribution and exemption/reduction of support for subjects in treatment facilities and drug rehabilitation organizations at home and in the community

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents No. 17/2008/QH12 adopted by the National Assembly on June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004 on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
b) Agencies, organizations, units, and individuals related to the determination of funding sources, preparation of budget estimates, management, utilization, and settlement of funds for implementing the policies stipulated in Decree No. 178/2024/NĐ-CP.
DECISION:
Article 1. Correcting typographical errors in Circular Joint Circular No. 27/2012/TTLT-BTC-BLDTBXH dated February 24, 2012, issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on the management and use of funds for implementing the regime of applying compulsory treatment measures, contribution and exemption/reduction of support for subjects in treatment facilities and drug rehabilitation organizations at home and in the community as follows:
