DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Approving the Charter on Organization and Operation of the Parent Company - Vietnam Chemicals Corporation

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on State-Owned Enterprises dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 153/2004/NĐ-CP dated August 9, 2004 of the Government on the organization, management of state-owned corporations and the transformation of state-owned corporations and independent state-owned enterprises into parent company - subsidiary models;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 132/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 20, 2005 of the Government on the exercise of rights and obligations of state owners towards state-owned enterprises; Decree No. 86/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 21, 2006 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 132/2005/NĐ-CP;
Pursuant to the Decision No. 90/2006/QĐ-TTg dated April 24, 2006 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Parent Company - Vietnam Chemicals Corporation;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Chemicals Corporation,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Charter on organization and operation of the Parent Company - Vietnam Chemicals Corporation.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies attached to the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Board of Directors of the Parent Company - Vietnam Chemicals Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
