Regarding the issuance of the training and capacity building plan for state management lecturers for the period 2003-2005
THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 74/2001/QĐ-TTg dated May 7, 2001 of the Government Prime Minister approving the Training and Capacity Building Plan for cadres and civil servants for the period 2001-2005;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Training and Capacity Building for State Officials,

Article 1. This Decision attaches the Training and Capacity Building Plan for State Management Lecturers for the period 2003-2005.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the National Administration Academy, the Head of the Civil Servant Training and Capacity Building Department, and the Heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision.
