Article 3. MR./MS.: DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF OTHER DEPARTMENTS, HEADS OF BUREAUS, CHIEF INSPECTOR - MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND HEADS OF SUBORDINATE PUBLIC SERVICE UNITS OF THE MINISTRY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
