THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to the Statistics Law on June 17, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 40/2004/NĐ-CP dated February 13, 2004 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Statistics Law; Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction; Pursuant to Decision No. 305/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 24, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the National Statistical Indicator System;
Pursuant to the review document No. 1000/TCTK-PPCĐ dated December 21, 2007 of the General Statistics Office;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Statistics Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the System of Indicators and Reporting Regulations for Comprehensive Statistics in the Construction Industry.
Article 2. The Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for directing subordinate units to collect and report the statistical indicators of the construction industry to the Ministry of Construction for consolidation and publication.
Article 3. The Planning and Statistics Department shall be the focal point for consolidating reports on statistical indicators of the construction industry nationwide.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 5. The Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Director of the Planning and Statistics Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, and the Heads of Departments, Inspectorates, and other relevant agencies under the Ministry of Construction shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
