Regulations on economic and technical standards for land surveying and quality assessment

MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Based on the Land Law dated November 26, 2003;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 181/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 29, 2004 of the Government on the implementation of the Land Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; Decree No. 19/2010/NĐ-CP dated March 5, 2010 of the Government amending and supplementing points c, d, g, h, and i Clause 5 Article 2 and Decree No. 89/2010/NĐ-CP dated August 16, 2010 of the Government amending and supplementing Article 3 of Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP;
At the request of the Director General of the Land Administration General Department, the Planning Department Director and the Legal Affairs Department Director,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. These regulations on economic and technical standards for land surveying and quality assessment are hereby promulgated together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2011.
Article 3. The Director of the Land Administration General Department, Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
