Amending and supplementing certain contents of the Economic and Technical Standards for Management and Operation of Lighthouse Beacons issued together with Circular No. 76/2014/TT-BGTVT dated December 19, 2014 of the Minister of Transport on Economic and Technical Standards in the field of providing public services to ensure maritime safety.

Pursuant to the Maritime Code of Vietnam dated June 27, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2012/NĐ-CP dated March 21, 2012 of the Government on management of seaports and maritime channels;

Pursuant to Decree No. 130/2013/NĐ-CP dated October 16, 2013 of the Government on production and supply of public goods and services;

At the request of the Director of the Department of Transport Infrastructure and the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration;

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular amending and supplementing certain the contents of the Economic and Technical Standards for Management and Operation of Lighthouse Beacons issued together with Circular No. 76/2014/TT-BGTVT dated December 19, 2014 on Economic and Technical Standards in the field of providing public services to ensure maritime safety.

Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain contents of the Economic and Technical Standards for Management and Operation of Lighthouse Beacons issued together with Circular No. 76/2014/TT-BGTVT dated December 19, 2014 of the Minister of Transport:

1. Supplement Section 14 into Part II, Chapter I of the Set of Economic and Technical Standards for Management and Operation of Lighthouse Beacons as follows:

Section 14: Consumption standards for time usage of energy supply equipment and light equipment
2. Supplement Section 14 into Chapter III of the Set of Economic and Technical Standards for Management and Operation of Lighthouse Beacons as follows:

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from December 1, 2016.

Article 3. Implementation Organization

The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, General Directors of the Northern Vietnam Marine Safety Assurance Corporation, General Directors of the Southern Vietnam Marine Safety Assurance Corporation, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
