CIRCULAR

Issuing the Vietnamese Language Program for Overseas Vietnamese

         Camendn cứ The Education Law dated June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law dated January 25,1 ARTICLE 4. Finished traditional medicine is a form of traditional medicine that has undergone production processes, including packaging and labeling, using traditional or modern methods, belonging to one of the following forms: pills, liquids, tea, powder, extract, and other forms.

         Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Education Law;

         Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Education Law;

         Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

        Pursuant to Decision No. 14/QĐ-TTg dated January 14, 2017 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Enhancing the Effectiveness of Teaching and Learning Vietnamese for Overseas Vietnamese";â           Improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning Vietnamese for overseas Vietnamese;

         Pursuant to the Minutes of the Review Board for the Vietnamese Language Program for Overseas Vietnamese dated December 22, 2017;

         Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Department of Continuing Education;

         The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the issuance of the Vietnamese Language Program for Overseas Vietnamese.

        Article 1. The Vietnamese Language Program for Overseas Vietnamese issued together with this Circular shall be promulgated.

        Article 2. The Vietnamese Language Program for Overseas Vietnamese issued together with this Circular shall apply to all educational institutions teaching Vietnamese to overseas Vietnamese to meet the needs of the overseas Vietnamese community for learning Vietnamese.

        Article 3. This Circular shall take effect from January 11, 2019.

        Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of Continuing Education, Heads of units related to the Ministry of Education and Training, Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training, organizations, and individuals involved in teaching Vietnamese to overseas Vietnamese are responsible for implementing this Circular.
