CIRCULAR

Regulations on the minimum equipment list for commune health stations

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 20, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decree No. 117/2014/NĐ-CP dated December 8, 2014 of the Government stipulating the organization, functions, tasks, operational conditions, and human resources of community health centers, townships, and urban districts;

On the proposal of the Director of the Department of Medical Equipment and Infrastructure;

The Minister of Health issues this Circular stipulating the minimum equipment list for commune health stations.

Article 1. Minimum Equipment List for Commune Health Stations

*Office machines and equipment shall be implemented according to the standards and usage quotas prescribed in Decision No. 50/2017/QĐ-TTg dated December 31, 2017 of the Prime Minister.

3. The determination of which region (Region 1, Region 2, or Region 3) a commune health station belongs to shall be based on the National Standards for Primary Healthcare issued by the Minister of Health.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2021.

Article 3. Responsibilities for Implementation

1. The head of the commune health station shall base on the equipment list stipulated in Article 1 of this Circular and actual professional needs to develop and submit to the competent authority for approval a specific equipment list.

2. The Director of the Provincial Department of Health has the responsibility to coordinate and urge implementation and advise the People's Committee of the province to ensure compliance with the provisions of Article 4 of this Circular.

Article 4. Implementation timeline

Health Stations must have the minimum equipment as prescribed in Article 1 of this Circular before January 1, 2022.

During the implementation process, if there are difficulties or obstacles, it is requested that relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals promptly report to the Ministry of Health (Department of Medical Equipment and Health Facilities) for consideration and resolution./.- Ministry of Justice (Agency for Legal Drafting and Supervision);
