Repeals Circular Joint Circular No. 129/2014/TTLT-BTC-BNV dated September 5, 2014 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Home Affairs on the management, use, and settlement of state budget funds to ensure the implementation of the Project "Collecting Valuable and Rare Archival Materials of Vietnam and about Vietnam"

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities 2015, amended and supplemented in 2020;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and measures for the enforcement of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents, and Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for the enforcement of the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2017, issued by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the Director of the Administrative and Public Service Financial Department;

After receiving the unified opinion of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Minister of Finance issues this Circular to repeal Circular Joint Circular No. 129/2014/TTLT-BTC-BNV dated September 5, 2014 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Home Affairs on the management, use, and settlement of state budget funds to ensure the implementation of the Project "Collecting Valuable and Rare Archival Materials of Vietnam and about Vietnam".

Article 1. Repeals entirely Circular Joint Circular No. 129/2014/TTLT-BTC-BNV dated September 5, 2014 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Home Affairs on the management, use, and settlement of state budget funds to ensure the implementation of the Project "Collecting Valuable and Rare Archival Materials of Vietnam and about Vietnam".

Article 2. Implementation Provisions

1. This Circular takes effect from July 10, 2022.

2. The Director of the Administrative and Public Financial Affairs Department, Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
